Decorative Blue, White and Gold Jar

It is really enjoyable to work with recycled jars, there are unlimited ways to decorate them.

The jar lid is filled with antique and vintage buttons, brass, faux pearls and fine gemstones

A decorative jar lid done in a button mosaic of whites, creams, golds and blues with a few pearls and gemstones to add a bit of class to this charming country piece. 

This jar is a recycled jelly jar and has lovely fruit etchings in the glass. I love working with recycled jars and it is a real treat when they have their own unique designs.

For a matching color coordination, I have added a blue glass pie pan in the same shade as the ribbon and the gemstones, in a royal blue. This makes a striking kitchen display.

The jar is tied with matching colors in cream lace, royal blue silky ribbon and a thin strand of gold rick-rack.
